Cyclohexane is mainly used as raw material for producing nylon 6 &
nylon 66. At the same time, it is also excellent solvent for fiber
element, resin, wax, grease, asphalt, and rubber. To be solvent, cyclohexane
is always mixed with other hydrocarbon. Moreover, cyclohexane can
be applied as diluents liquid for polymerization reaction. For example,
it can be polymer solvent of hot elastic plastics body SBS, intermediate
of medicine and farm chemical too. Generally speaking, the purity of cyclohexane in our company could be controlled around 99.9%. Furthermore, we could adjust the quality index to higher level to satisfy the customers' special demand. Packing: Cyclohexane should be stored
or transported in the clean, dry tank car or galvanized iron barrel,
net weight for per barrel 125 kg. In addition, our company owns more
than 10 cyclohexane tank cars, each capacity 60 M3.
Safety & Transportation: Cyclohexane is an inflammable and low flash liquid with irritant smell, which is easy to explode as it contacts with fire & hot sources and to react strongly with oxidant. It has danger to burn when person contacts it with his skin or to poison as person sucks in its smoke or dust. So, cyclohexane should be stored in the dry and cool storeroom far from fire source under 30 æ.Moreover, it should be kept in sealed container and stored separately from oxidant. During transportation period, it should be avoided strong stock and protected with sunshade to cover rain and sunshine. |
