The hexamethylene diamine (for short as HMDA) equipment in our company could produce 35,000 ton HMDA per year by adipic dinitrile added hydrogen. This HMDA equipment and process is advanced in that producing process could be controlled strictly and HMDA holds high purity and stable quality.
HMDA is an important base material for chemical polymer, which is mainly applied in manufacturing nylon 6 and nylon 66 resin to made various fiber and plastics product. Moreover, it can also make polyiminocarboxylic ester foam plastics, hexamethyl diisocyanate foam, coating material and ZSN type of pumice.
HMDA can be used to make viscous agent, additives in rubber manufacturer, stabilizer and bleaching agent in weaving & paper making industry. Meanwhile, HMDA could be applied in modified natural fiber, electron kinescope, chromatogram sample and component of combined concrete additives.
