Dec.30, 2004 an installation team of 32 technicians, headed by Mr. Lu, the manager of engineering department of Asia Chemical , departed for Euro-Asia Co. Myanmar to carry out equipment and pipelines installation work, of a detergent project with capacity of 60,000 t/a. This is the first time Asia Chemical has dispatched such big team to a construction site abroad, a new start point for overseas project on turnkey basis in future.

Dec. 16, 2004 three people headed by Mr. Wang, the manager from P&G China, paid a visit to Asia Chemical . Discussions were around a high-density detergent powder project with capacity of 37 t/h. Mr. Zhou Dezhao, the chief engineer of Asia Chemical , took part in the discussions,

Dec.10, 2004 three people headed by Mr. Jiang Heping, the general manager from HANSA Zhejiang, came to Asia Chemical for a business investigation. The discussion was around high-density detergent powder and liquid detergent Plants. The HANSA is a supplier of high-density detergent powder to the Meisheng House-Hold Chemicals Corporation. Because of growing market for high-density detergent powder (oxygen contained powder) in current years, new plant should be established to satisfy the demands from the market. A contract was signed for engineering of 2 t/h detergent plant and 1 t/h liquid detergent line by Asia Chemical on Dec.18, 2004.

Oct.9, 2004 three people headed by Mr. Aumar, the manager from Ileys Detergent Industry Corp. Somali, came to Asia Chemical to sign a contract of supplying a detergent plant by Asia Chemical . Mr. Xiang Hongyue, the president of Asia Chemical presented at the signing ceremony.

Oct.1, 2004 a detergent plant with capacity of 80,000 t/a, owned by Longliqi Group Co., China was put into operation. The key items of equipment are supplied by Asia Chemical . Till that moment, the Longliqi Group has formed the capability to produce detergent powder, toilet soap and laundry soap, cosmetics and liquid detergent.

Sep.15, 2004 a group of people headed by Mr. Pasokhi of PNXN, Iran, paid an investigation visit to Asia Chemical connected with household chemical projects. Accompanied by Mr. Xiang Hongyue, the guests visited a detergent plant newly built in Hebei, China.

August 4th 2004, with the invitation of Somalia MS company, the general engineer Zhou dezao of our company with other 3 technicians go to Somalia for spot inspection, and be ready to build the detergent powder factory of 40000t/y.

July 20th2004, HuNan LiChen industry company 15t/h detergent powder project which designed and improved by our company completed and put into production, all of the technical index reach to the design requirement. Especially in the project, which adopts the coal-burning hot air generator and replace the present generally used fuel or gas burning. Eenergy saving effect is outstanding, and it is haven't any effect to the product quality.

July 12nd 2004, Iran MAHHOOYAN YAZD CO formal signed the plants acceptance qualified certificate, which indicates the contract of detergent powder production line with the productivity of 30000t/y is successfully carried out and completed.The production line contract signed in August 2002, all plants was shipped out in the middle of 2003, according to the client requirement, our company send 3 installation and commissioning technicians in May 2004. in July, the complete production line running in normal state, loading running, successfully reach to designated productivity. The client is very satisfied with our plants and the related technicians service, and immediately signed the plants acceptance qualified certificate, the running quality guarantee document in which 3% of project cost is successfully paid.

July 2004, our company many years research and develop, the substitution of STPP-high-grade substitution of phosphorus builder through the authority identified, and be used in detergent powder factory, firstly be exported abroad, which is the only one in abroad market of China.

May 20th 2004, the GanSu innovation chemical technology company 20000t/Y detergent powder project which is designed and established by our company completed and put into production.

February 10th 2004, Asia Chemical Engineering CO., LTD and Burma OYA signed the contract of 60000t/y detergent powder project, which is the second detergent powder factory in Burma established by our company, also it is the largest scale daily chemical project.

The Algeria project of 50000 t/y detergent powder undertaken by our company was put into production and succeeded in the first trial run in October 15,2003. It is the biggest household chemical project in Algeria now.

The representatives of Fayfa company came to our company in due form to negotiate the contract of the joint venture project of detergent powder in October 13,2003.

The project of 120000 t/y detergent powder undertaken by our company, which belongs to NICE SI PING CO.,LTD,was completely finished and put into production in October 2,2003.

The project of 20000 t/y liquid detergent undertaken by our company, which belongs to JIANGSU LONGLIQI GROUP CO.,LTD, was completely finished and put into production in September 20,2003.

Our general manager Xiang hongyue with other two people was invited by Fayfa company in UAE to go to Dubai to negotiate the joint venture project of detergent powder in September 11,2003. Then signed a joint venture memorandum of understanding.

Our company was commissioned in due form by the HU NAN LI CHEN INDUSTRY CO.,LTD to design the rebuilding project of 100000 t/y detergent powder in August 15,2003. After the project is finished, the capacity will be one time larger than the current capacity of 50000 t/y, the new increment will be 220 million.

The project of 200,000 ton per year detergent powder which belongs to NICE CHEN DU CO.,LTD put into production in CHEN DU XIN JIN county in June 9, 2003. It is designed by our company and the project has the biggest production capability for single tower in present China. The whole process adopts DCS computer control sysytem which can be controlled automatically.

The project of 80,000 ton per year detergent powder which belongs to JIANG SU LONG LI QI CO.,LTD was completely finished in May 30, 2003. It is designed by our company. This project is going to put into production in January, 2004.

There was a big earthquake(6.7 grade) that happened in the capital of Algeria in May, 2003. About more than 8,000 peaple died or wounded. But fortunately, there was no damage to the production line of 50,000 ton detergent powder which is supplied by our company and our debugging personnels were all right in this incident. The whole company personnels wish they all safe and happy.

Our company coupled with HAMON CO.,LTD DTERGENT INDUSTRY CO.,LTD in due form underwrote a contract of 3 ton/h detergent powder whole set equipment supply in April 20, 2003. The project is going to put into production in June, 2004. It¡¯s the second time that our company in charges of tatal contract about detergent powder production line in Iran.
