| Function & uses: |
It is multi-functional synthetic polymer, it can offer good affinity and waterproof capacity to fiber. It can be used in the sizing & coating of white cardboard paper, carton paper & art paper. It can work with starch to improve the surface performance and replace the sizing agent in the pulp . Moreover, it can clean the papermaking environment and lower the cost. |

It can offer excellent water resistance. It can be used in the coating of white cardboard paper, carton paper & art paper., the surface water adsorption is not more than 50%, thus it can be the substitute of sizing agent in rosin and AKD paste.
It is non-toxic matter, it can be used in the food packing paper.
This surface sizing agent can work with anion and non-ion auxiliaries, direct dyes and optical brightener.
It the normal dose, this product doesn't low the surface tension of liquid and produce foams. |
| Dosage: |
1. The concentration of starch liquid is 5.0%-8.0% .
2. Add 1/3-1/2 of water and starch, stir, heated in 95°C.
3. At the gelatinization point, warming for 20 minutes, add water until the temperature is 60°C and below
4. Add this product, stir for 5 minutes.
5. Add 2KG of aluminium sulphate for one stere of solution and stir for 10 minutes, pump to sizing machine
In general, the dosage is 2-4KG/ ton of paper. |

Packing: 200KG or 1000KG/plastic
This surface sizing agent is very stable, the storage period is six months(4-35°C)
It should be kept in ventilating, dry and cool place, avoid insolation. |
| Security & defence: |
It is no irritating to skin and less irritating to eyes. If it is splashed into eyes, washing with water and send to hospital. Its liquid is non-flammable. |
