Nylon membrane
The product is fat Nylon ,and it has great hydrophilic,It can resistant of certain acid or alkali solution. It can still used in some organic solution. It is the most widely used micro porous membrane. (Terminal membrane).
Aperture is the same as mix fiber membrane; Normal Aperture is 0.65um, 0.45um, 0.3um, 0.22um, 0.1um, Diameter: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, and 400mm.
Filtering before usage if the component of particles is high.
For short period filtering, the product is resist to 20% acid and 30% HCL and other acid solution. But the amount of acid or alkali is too high , the membrane will be crispy
Before Usage, clean first, and put into dry container after soaking. Soak in ethanol in organic solution.
The product will be crispy when soak in water.
