CREATE® flame retardant for fabric is a green flame retardant without any halogen, heavy metals, formalin and any other harmful ingredients. As a superior flame-retardant, it is non-toxic, non-corrosive. It can be widely used in plywood, carton and nonwoven fabrics, e.g., wall cloth, tapestry, ceilings, automotive interior and so on. As white emulsion, ZR-1 is environmentally friendly inorganic flame retardant with smoke inhibiting function. ZR-2 is water- soluble powder, organic nitrogen-phosphorus compound, especially for durable flame-retarding effect for fabric.

Qualification:

ZR-1: Appearance: white emulsion; Solid content: 50%; PH: 8.5-9.5

ZR-2: Appearance: white powder; PH: 6-8

Direction:

ZR-1: First mix and stir flame retardant and emulsion stabilizer, then use coating and immersion, finally oven dry or air dry.

ZR-2: Use pure water to solute ZR-2 in some ratio, then immerse, spray or coat, finally oven dry or air dry.

The flame retardant mass is 10%-30% of material according to diverse textile fiber.

Package Specification:

Powder: Packed by kraft paper bag with an inner plastics bag, 20/25 kg/bag;

Liquid: Contained in high-strength plastic barrel, 50/100 kg/barrel.

Caution:

Ventilate in the dry place, avoid sunshine, storage at 50°C-30°C.

If the liquid partly precipitates or laminates after long time storage, stir it and you will find the aimed excellent effect.

ZR-1 is incompatible with cationic stabilizer, while ZR-2 is incompatible with anionic stabilizer.
