Application:
CDD is a fast curing accelerator for styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. In generally, it is unsuitable to natural rubber. CDD is easy incipient scorch, generally adding kinds of thiazole and sulfonamide to improve is safety. CDD mainly used at carbon, industrial products ect. CDD can be used as main accelerator in styrene-butadiene rubber at level of 0.2-0.75 phr in combinations with 1.5-0.2 phr of sulfonamide and 2.0-0.5 phr of sulfur. CDD can be used as second accelerator at level of 0.05-0.2 phr in combinations with 0.2-2.0 phr of sulfonamide and 2.5-1.5 phr of sulfue. CDD can be used as main accelerator in butyl rubber at the level of 1.0-2.0 phr in combination with 0.5-2.0 phr of sulfonamide and 2.5-1.5 phr of sulfur. CDD can be used as main accelerator in butyl rubber at the level of 1.0-2.0 phr in combination with 0.5-2.0 phr of sulfonamide and 2.0-1.0 phr of sulfur.
