Property：

White powder crystal; dissolving in water; water solution is alkaline; dissolving in water, slight dissolving in anhydrous alcohol; insoluble in 1-Propanol.
Use：It is mainly used in light industry, building material and chemistry industry. It also can be used in metallurgy, textile, petroleum, national defense, pharmaceutical and other industries. Glass industry is the largest consumption part of sodium carbonate with the consumption rate is 0.2 ton of each ton glass. In chemical industry, it can be used to produce water glass, sodium acid chromate, sodium nitrate, sodium fluoride, sodium bicarbonate, borax, trisodium phosphate, etc. In metallurgy industry, it can be used as smelting latent solvent, mining flotation agent, desulfurizer of steel-making and antimony regulus. In printing and dyeing, it can be used as softening agent.
